Finishing Technician We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Akron. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to our products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply various finishes, such as paint, stain, or varnish, to surfaces using techniques such as spraying, brushing, or dipping.
• Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare them for finishing.
• Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in the finishing process.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Knowledge of different types of finishes and application techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location:

This position is based in Akron. Candidates must be able to commute daily without accommodation.
