Responsibilities Cleans and maintains a variety of hard surface floors and materials, including carpet and upholstered furniture. Safe operating of cleaning equipment and preparation of cleaning chemicals. Application of correct cleaning procedures and chemicals. Maintains established preventive maintenance procedures on all equipment as required. Participates in process improvement activities. Performs duties specific to cleaning, stripping, and polishing floors and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Performs daily cleaning activities for floors including sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, and mopping. Qualifications Able to read, write, and communicate in English. Able to perform basic math. Must be able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.
