Industrial Apparel Finisher

Industrial Fabric Finisher Our client is a business-to-business commercial and digital printer providing specialty print-based solutions in several strategic markets. SUMMARY Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable team member. You will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to decorate apparel and other textile products. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with garments, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable using machinery.

PAY:

Starting at $22/hr

SHIFT:

Monday

• Friday 7 am
• 3:30 pm
• Hours are based on work volume
• flexibility is necessary.

DUTIES:

Set up, operate, and monitor embroidery machines and heat press equipment Prepare garments and materials for decoration (hooping, threading, aligning designs, etc.) Interpret work orders and ensure each item matches specifications (design, placement, color, etc.) Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Assist with packaging and organizing completed orders Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of recent light industrial, production or machine operation experience Previous experience with embroidery machines and/or heat press equipment is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 40 lbs consistently Basic computer knowledge How to Apply Ready to start a career with a 17-year "Best of Staffing" Diamond award winner?
