Own the Finish — 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Why this role matters Every belt that leaves the floor represents your craftsmanship. From the first roll set on the table to the last weld and inspection, your work ensures reliability, accuracy, and a safe product headed to shipping. Your mission Execute the complete finishing process with a safety-first mindset and an eye for detail: Follow safety practices at all times and use the safety devices and equipment provided. Consult shop manual procedures to determine the correct edge finishing method. Position rolls on the finish table; straighten spirals for a uniform layout; connect panels with a connecting crimp. Verify the required "spirals per foot" from the shop order before advancing. Apply tension appropriately and trim spirals cleanly. Square the belt to exact requirements. Weld belt edges in line with the specified edge type. Inspect the belt thoroughly. After supervisor approval, deliver the finished belt to the shipping department.
