Job Description

Blaster-Night Shift Manheim, PA 17545 Night Shift Blaster x 2
Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 12 am (midnight)
  • 10:30 am
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain industrial blasting equipment, such as sandblasters or shot blasters
  • Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, or other coatings using abrasive blasting techniques
  • Ensure proper setup and calibration of blasting equipment to achieve desired results
  • Monitor and adjust blasting parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Comply with all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with the production team to coordinate blasting activities and meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an industrial blasting or surface preparation role
  • Proficient in the use of blasting equipment and related tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
