About Us We are a growing custom stone fabrication and installation company specializing in countertops, stone surfaces, and custom projects for homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors. We take pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and delivering a finished product our customers are proud to have in their homes or projects. We are looking for an experienced Stone Fabricator and Installer to join our team and help us continue producing high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Stone Fabricator and Installer with experience in granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and other stone surfaces. This position is ideal for someone who understands the full process of countertop fabrication and installation, takes pride in clean workmanship, and can work well with both the shop team and customers on job sites. The right candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling custom projects from fabrication through final installation. Responsibilities Fabricate stone countertops and custom stone pieces according to job specifications Measure, cut, polish, shape, and finish stone materials with accuracy Read and understand templates, drawings, layouts, and job details Operate fabrication tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently Perform countertop installations in residential and commercial settings Install sinks, backsplashes, islands, seams, cutouts, and specialty stone details Ensure seams, edges, overhangs, and finishes meet company quality standards Handle and transport stone safely to avoid damage Work with granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and other materials Communicate with team members, estimators, project managers, and customers when needed Troubleshoot job site issues and make adjustments as necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and customer service Assist with loading, unloading, and moving slabs or finished pieces Represent the company professionally while on job sites Qualifications Previous experience in stone fabrication and/or countertop installation required Experience with granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and porcelain required Ability to read templates, layouts, measurements, and job notes Knowledge of seams, edge profiles, polishing, cutouts, sink installs, and backsplash installation Comfortable using fabrication tools, hand tools, polishing equipment, and installation equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Must be organized, hardworking, and able to manage multiple jobs or tasks Experience with CNC, bridge saw, sawjet, or shop machinery is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Steady work with an established and growing business Supportive, team-oriented work environment High-quality projects and materials Experienced estimating, production, and installation support Opportunity to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and professionalism Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Occasional overtime depending on workload and project schedule Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their craft, shows up ready to work, pays attention to the details, and understands that quality installation and fabrication are what set a company apart.
