Painter - Pivotal Health Solutions Performance Health Holdings, Inc. paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, South Dakota, Watertown Jun 08, 2026 Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of surfaces including, Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified. Working in the fabrication shop, this role ensures all materials are prepped and ready to be painted and powder coated. We are hiring for both the AM shift and PM shift. AM shift works 5am-2:30pm. PM shift works 2:30pm-11pm. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Accurate handling of products to be processed
Hanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint lines
Prepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of parts
Utilize work instructions to follow established procedures
Shrink wrap, count, and prep products for shipping
Assist in QA final inspections
Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Applicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude
Applications must have good communication skills
Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.
