Custom Spray Finisher - Wood - Experience Highly Preferred

Position:

Custom Finish Sprayer, Experience Required. SledgeCraft is a High-End Custom Millwork shop in Murfreesboro, TN. Located just 25 min outside of Nashville, TN. We are seeking spray finishers. Must be willing to work occasional over-time when needed. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. This is a full-time, hourly position with standard hours (6:30am to 3:00pm M-F ) reporting to the Finish Department Manager.

Requirements:

This position will involve frequent movement around shop floor and standing. Must be comfortable using hand tools, measuring devices and large woodworking equipment. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed. Our environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail as well as offers the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and work collaboratively with experienced craftsmen. Duties:

Preparing, organizing, and maintaining material, product, and tools necessary for each project. Machine set-up and problem-solving techniques. Ability to coordinate with supervisor to ensure smooth process and task completion. Maintaining consistent fast paced workflow to meet project deadlines. Able to check own work to achieve no defects Reliable transportation to/from work is required Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. with proper lifting techniques. Employment is contingent on a clean background and drug screen
