Location & Schedule 27603 Commerce Oaks Dr., Oak Ridge North, TX 77385 1st Shift - Start Time 5:00am Key Responsibilities Work in a fabrication shop to build Steel Low-Pressure Vessels for the Power Generation and Emissions Control industry. Operates an abrasive blast hose to blast steel products to prepare for painting process. Load blast media and complete other task related to maintaining blasting equipment. Maintains area at all times, ensures area is clean and free from debris or trip hazards. Following all safety procedures related to blasting equipment, PPE, and worksite hazards. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience in a shop environment is a plus Experience in driving a forklift and operation of overhead cranes needed Experience in reading shop drawings is a plus Adequate computer skills & basic math skills Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule if required (scheduled or unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays).
