Powder Coater 2nd Shift

Job Summary Join a fast-moving production environment where your hands-on powder coating skills directly impact product quality and output. This role is ideal for someone with experience in spray application, machine setup, and precision production work who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Set up and operate powder coating equipment for metal parts Apply coatings using spray techniques with consistency and control Mix and prepare coatings according to specifications Temperature Air pressure Material flow Conveyor speed Perform visual inspections and basic measurement-based quality checks Run test cycles to ensure proper coating setup and finish quality Monitor equipment and make real-time adjustments as needed Load and unload parts throughout the coating and curing process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Skills At least 1 year of powder coating experience Hands-on experience with coating or paint equipment Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

Pay:
