Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Polisher to join our cleaning and maintenance team. Responsibilities Operate floor polishing machines, buffers, and scrubbers to achieve a high-gloss finish on different types of flooring such as tile, vinyl, hardwood, and concrete Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and detailed floor care to maintain hygiene standards Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and sealants to protect floors from damage and extend their lifespan Conduct regular inspections of floors to identify areas needing repair or additional cleaning treatments Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent slips, trips, and falls while maintaining a safe work environment Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and supplies inventory Requirements Proven experience in floor work with a focus on floor care and cleaning techniques Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers, polishers, and vacuums.
