As a Steel Polisher - 1 st Shift you will: Use polishing tools, grinders, and buffers to smooth and polish steel surfaces. Inspect steel products to ensure quality and finish meet specifications. Remove imperfections, scratches, and blemishes from metal surfaces. Maintain and clean polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Follow safety guidelines and best practices in a manufacturing environment. This is a Full Time, Contract to Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to operate polishing and grinding machinery. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in steel polishing or metal finishing is preferred.

Pay Range:
