We're currently looking for a Polisher to join our production team! As a Polisher you will be responsible for grinding and polishing welds to blend with factory finishing and correct any defects. Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a team are essential for success in this role. Job Description Operate high-speed grinders, cut-off wheels, polishing wheels, hammers, and handheld Scotch-Brite tools safely and effectively. Grind, blend, polish, and finish stainless steel surfaces to meet quality standards and customer specifications. Inspect finished parts for scratches, dents, weld marks, and other surface imperfections. Maintain polishing tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues to supervision Follow safety rules Wear required PPE for area Shift Schedule 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; Mondays to Fridays- Overtime highly likely.
