• Full-time Position Overview Bellissimo Fine Finish is a high-end cabinet and millwork finishing shop specializing in luxury residential projects, including custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty finishes.

We are looking for a Master Finisher —a highly skilled professional who can take ownership of the finishing process from surface prep through final coat, consistently delivering top-tier results with efficiency and precision. This is not a production painter role. This is for someone who understands finishing as a craft. Compensation $30

• 40 per hour (based on experience and capability) Performance-based growth opportunities Long-term leadership potential (Lead Finisher / Shop Lead) Responsibilities Execute high-end finishing systems including: Conversion varnish (CV) 2K polyurethane systems Stains, sealers, and specialty coatings Spray using professional equipment (Kremlin, pressure pot, etc.

) Perform and oversee: Surface prep (sanding, filling, grain work) Masking and protection Spray application and coat sequencing Identify and correct defects before final delivery Maintain spray equipment and ensure clean, consistent output Work both in-shop and on-site (as needed) Lead or assist prep technicians to ensure workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications 5+ years in cabinet, millwork, or automotive finishing Proven experience spraying CV, 2K, or equivalent high-end coatings Strong understanding of: Surface prep standards Film build and coverage Sanding sequences and defect correction Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes under time constraints Experience with high-gloss or luxury finishes is a major plus Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their work Someone who moves with purpose (speed matters) Someone who sees finishing as a skill and craft , not just a job Someone who can lead by example and elevate the team What We Are NOT Looking For Production-only painters Low-detail or "good enough" mindset Individuals who require constant supervision Anyone without hands-on spray experience in a professional setting Work Environment Shop-based finishing in Pflugerville, TX On-site finishing for select high-end projects Professional equipment and systems Small, growing team with strong standards and expectations Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime as needed (with approval) How to Apply Please submit: Resume or work history Brief description of your finishing experience Photos of past work (if available) If you're looking for a place where your skill actually matters—and where you can take pride in the final product—we want to talk.
