NoneJOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sand and clean materials prior to painting using approved tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions. Repair surfaces using appropriate fillers, compounds, and preparation materials. Prepare and maintain paint booths, including changing filters during and after paint operations as required. Maintain adequate inventory levels of sanding and repair materials. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures. Perform a variety of sanding and surface preparation tasks while continuously developing skills to support changing production needs. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred Previous sanding and surface preparation experience preferred Experience with Bondo or similar surface repair products preferred Experience using orbital sanders and related sanding equipment preferred Basic knowledge of spray paint equipment setup, teardown, and cleaning procedures preferred Experience mixing paints to specifications, including polyurethane, latex, and other coatings as preferred. Familiarity with ISO standards and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures preferred Familiarity with the following specifications preferred:MIL-PRF-85285

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and sit for extended periods of time.
