Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Bend Lead to oversee the flow of parts through our bending and gluing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing workflow, operating equipment, and coordinating with other team leads to keep production moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working on the production floor throughout the day. Responsibilities Manage the flow of parts coming off the router and ensure they move efficiently through bending and gluing processes. Operate a Cidan bender to produce accurate, high-quality metal parts. Assist team members with bending and gluing tasks as needed to maintain production schedules. Coordinate with the Bodywork Lead to ensure smooth transfer of completed parts between departments. Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues that arise during the bending process. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Support production goals while promoting teamwork and efficiency on the floor. Qualifications Previous experience operating a Cidan bender or similar metal bending equipment strongly preferred. Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Bilingual required:
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds . Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
