Wage:
$23.00
00 per hour DOE + $2.25 shift differential for swing shift
Day Shift:
Monday
- Thursday, 4am
- 2:30pm+ OT on Fridays and weekends if needed
Swing Shift:
Monday
- Thursday, 3pm
- 1:30am + OT on Friday and weekends if needed
Responsibilities:
Assist with the flow of materials throughout the shop Move, organize, and stage steel and fabricated components Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment Perform grinding, drilling, punching, and torch cutting as needed Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Read tape measures and follow basic shop drawings Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support fabricators, welders, and shop personnel as needed
Qualifications:
Proven ability to operate large capacity forklifts and Overhead Cranes (10 tons or more) Ability to read/interpret measuring tapes, blueprints, schematics and shop drawings Experience operating cutting torch or hand operated plasma cutter is preferred Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, production, or shop experience required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Why Choose Atlas Staffing Atlas Staffing is an employment agency that offers great benefits for our temporary and temp-to-hire staffing associates.
