Job Description

Fluid Motion, LLC•Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs•is looking to expand its operations at its local facility in Arlington WA.
Pay :
$20.00•22+/
DOE Hours:
Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30
PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies gelcoat by brush to underside of parts per specifications. Cuts excess fiberglass from part edge. Examines laminated parts for defects. Examines material is cut to measurements. Mixes polyester putty and hardener according to specifications and applies mixture to bonding area. Removes burrs and rough surfaces from fiberglass parts with hand file or portable pneumatic grinder. Bolts, screws, and adheres parts together. Installs components into final install positions, bonding into place with putty. Sets up and operates saws, sanders, and other air tools. Must have the ability to demold parts and trim to specifications.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift. Ability to keep up with fast pace environments. Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.
