This energetic position involves precise fabrication, skilled handling of heavy materials, and the operation of various tools and equipment to produce custom stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other heavy equipment to move, load, and unload stone materials safely and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, and machining devices to cut, shape, polish, and assemble stone components according to specifications Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure precise fabrication aligned with project requirements Handle materials with care during transportation within the warehouse or fabrication area, maintaining safety protocols at all times Assist in the assembly of fabricated stone pieces for installation or further processing Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards Requirements Proven experience with fabrication/installation processes, manufacturing environments, or construction projects involving stone or similar materials Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts and millwork machinery Familiarity with warehouse operations including safety procedures Ability to read technical drawings or specifications for accurate fabrication work Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship Physical ability to lift heavy stones and stand for extended periods; comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in fabrication/installation while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact!
