What You'll Do As an Experienced Stone Fabricator/Installer , you'll work hands-on with premium materials like marble, quartzite, granite, soapstone, and more. You'll be an integral part of a team that thrives on detail, innovation, and problem-solving. This isn't a "punch-in, punch-out" gig—it's a career where your craftsmanship is respected.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings with accuracy Creating and polishing custom edge profiles Assisting team members in moving and placing large slabs Performing precision chip repairs using epoxy and color techniques Shaping corners, polishing seams, and executing clean miters Ensuring top-tier finish quality from shop to job site Operating equipment safely (Forklift, Bridge Saw, Crane) Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient Staying sharp by learning new techniques and stonework styles What We're Looking For ✔ 1+ year of fabrication experience (Required) ✔ Familiarity with tools, machines, and safety protocols ✔ Detail-oriented and takes pride in their craftsmanship ✔ Physically capable and safety-minded ✔ Willing to learn, grow, and be a reliable part of the team ✔ Able to relocate to Seattle before starting (Required) Perks & Benefits We believe good work should come with real security and support: Competitive pay: $27-$38/hr , based on experience 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance coverage Full-time, year-round stability Monday to Friday schedule (no weekend chaos) A team that respects your work and your time
