Powder Coater

•$500 Retention Bonus•Position The powder coater prepares surfaces for PC and finishing; applies undercoats and finish coats using the full range of applications methods and materials; mixes and matches powder and finishes; performs inspections, clean ups, storage and disposal of powder; and operates various tools and equipment. Qualifications Knowledge of applying powder coating to various metal parts per customer specifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints Possess a keen sense of attention to detail Process effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Duties Must perform all duties in conjunction with OSHA and WISHA requirements Perform industrial powder coating operations efficiently and effectively, per specifications Follow written and verbal details to complete assignments or jobs Operate Forklift Keep work environment clean, safe, and orderly Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise Perform other duties as assigned
