This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components. You'll play a critical role in delivering consistent, flawless finishes that meet Bellmont's high standards for quality and appearance. What You'll Do Apply paint finishes to cabinet components using industry-standard equipment. Match colors to master samples and ensure consistent tone, clarity, and smoothness with each batch. Inspect parts for quality, identifying any surface or coating defects and determining appropriate repair or rework steps. Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality. Maintain your equipment, spray booth, and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
