For more than a century, Wrought Washers has been serving the nation's leading industries, supplying high-quality construction equipment and material handling. Wrought Washer is a full-service company that offers state-of-the-art engineering, manufacturing, design, customer service and sales operations. Wrought Washer is a privately held company. The Company has approximately 150 employees located in Southeastern Wisconsin. Brief Description Under general supervision of the Finishing Supervisor, this position is responsible for the cleaning and finishing of the product. The ability to inspect the finished product is necessary for success. Essential Functions
  • Oversee equipment used to clean and finish the product before inspection
  • Use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size
  • Maintain quality levels set forth by the Quality Assurance Department to meet customer expectations
  • Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Certification for fork truck operation preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour days Friday through Sunday Capabilities and Success Factors

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
  • Focus on safety in the workplace in order to protect yourself and others from occupational accidents and injuries
