- Paid Vacations and 11 paid holidays per year Metal Finisher duties and responsibilities:
- With the use of hand tools and various abrasives, grind, and polish stainless-steel products to meet a required finishing specification
- Review blueprints and finish according to specifications
- Take questions to supervisor for clarification
- Ensure each job is tracked appropriately
- Maintain communication and document problems and takes steps to resolve
- Use measuring, hand, and power tools as necessary for the assembly of products
- In addition to basic math skills, must be comfortable computing fractions and decimals
- As needed, assist in other production roles throughout the shop including bead blasting, assembly, shipping, welding, layout, etc.
