What You'll Do Commercial Food Equipment Maintenance Technician - diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide range of commercial food service and kitchen systems. In this role, you will maintain and repair essential equipment, oversee preventative maintenance schedules, and provide training to store associates on equipment care and cleaning. You are a good fit if: Commercial Food Equipment Maintenance Technician 3+ years of experience in commercial food service equipment repair with Combi ovens, deli slicers, auto meat cutters, fryers, hot cases, ice makers, pizza ovens, rotisserie ovens, thermoglazers, donut cases, four bowl warmers, bakery ovens, bread slicers, tortilla makers, and grease/oil systems. Valid state-issued driver's license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
