Job Description:
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the plant, ensuring every batch meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks. Your daily routine will look like:
Production Line Audits:
Monitoring the production floor to ensure all operations strictly comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Product & Environmental Testing:
Conducting diverse routine tests, including: Physicochemical testing: Checking pH levels, moisture levels.
Sensory evaluation:
Testing product flavor, color, texture, and aroma.
Pre-operational swabs:
Verifying that equipment is microbiologically clean before lines start up.
Documentation:
Accurately logging test results, maintaining batch records, and immediately reporting any out-of-spec data to production leads.
Instrument Calibration:
Calibrating thermometers, scales, and lab equipment daily to guarantee flawless readings.
