Job Description

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Food Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the Supply Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Sunday What's the Job?
Sampling, testing, plating, reading, and recording product test results accurately. Maintaining detailed daily records and documentation. Performing data entry and tracking quality metrics. Following QC Hold Procedures for products that are out of specification. Assisting in equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. What's Needed? Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar role). Knowledge of microbiological, chemical, physical, and organoleptic testing methods. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety policies. Strong organizational skills with high initiative and flexibility. Good communication skills, both oral and written. What's in it for me?
