Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician

I am looking for a GMP Safety/Quality Production Assistant to join our team in the El Segundo location. This is an onsite 5 days a week role where you would support a fast paced manufacturing environment. Pay rate is $25 - $30/hr

Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality inspections and production line checks throughout assigned shifts Monitor production, packaging, labeling, and food safety processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and compliance documentation Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, labels, and packaging materials for accuracy, lot coding, and proper storage Print and provide production labels and required documentation as needed Conduct internal GMP and food safety audits Enforce adherence to company policies, food safety programs, and customer requirements Support compliance initiatives and corrective action processes Promote and model proper GMP and sanitation practices across production teams Maintain compliance with all workplace safety, security, and food safety procedures Required skills High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years in a safety/GMP manufacturing environment Prior Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to write detailed reports and maintain accurate records Basic mathematical and analytical skills Lori Sklarski Sr Recruiter lori.sklarski@pritechnology.com 973-732-5454 x27 www.pritechnology.com www.pritechnology.com
