Summary:
Ability to work with hot food team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check daily food racks for allergen & date labeling.
  • Making sure all food racks are covered.
  • Responsible for 2nd temperature on cook in chill log.
  • Comply with all HACCP and Flying Food Group sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
  • Check FIFO daily.
  • Must advise supervisor if food is 72hours old, must dispose of food after 72 hours must document and must document on waste log after advising supervisor.
  • Comfortable handling employee minor disputes regarding working procedures, and handle it professionally.
  • Must keep coolers # 2 and #3 clean and organized re-wrapping if necessary.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule and hours
  • Works in an environment of 38 degrees.
