As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food processing activities adhere to strict safety and quality standards. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in food production and sanitation, helping us deliver exceptional products to consumers worldwide. Responsibilities Operate and monitor food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Assist with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery used in food production and packaging processes Ensure sanitation procedures are followed rigorously to maintain a clean and compliant food processing plant Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to verify product consistency, safety, and compliance with food safety standards Support packaging operations by ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage of finished goods Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, sanitation logs, and quality control records Use basic math skills to measure ingredients, check weights, and verify quantities during production Qualifications Knowledge of FDA regulations related to food manufacturing and processing plants Familiarity with HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and overall food safety practices Experience working in a food industry or food processing plant environment preferred Mechanical knowledge or experience operating industrial equipment is highly advantageous Ability to perform sanitation duties effectively to uphold hygiene standards Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production processes Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products while advancing your career in the vibrant world of food manufacturing!
