This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, basic mechanical and electrical repairs, and assisting with troubleshooting on beverage processing and packaging equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on food & beverage packaging equipment. Support operation and troubleshooting of production line equipment including fillers, labelers, conveyors, palletizers, and blow molders. Assist with line changeovers and basic mechanical/electrical repairs. Complete maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and replacing worn parts. Enter work orders and update inventory records in the maintenance management system. Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards. Accurately complete maintenance and safety documentation. Report equipment issues, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly. Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in food & beverage manufacturing or beverage packaging operations. Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
