As a key contributor, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Cerec systems to produce precise, high-quality dental restorations that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Duties Set up, calibrate, and operate Cerec CAD/CAM systems to design and manufacture dental restorations such as crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays. Ensure all equipment complies with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards to maintain food safety and quality assurance in the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Cerec machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret digital impressions and translate them into precise restorations. Maintain detailed records of production processes, quality checks, and calibration logs in accordance with regulatory standards. Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and safety procedures within the laboratory environment. Assist with packaging finished restorations securely for delivery or patient use, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating CAD/CAM systems or similar manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety principles is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food processing plant environments or manufacturing settings is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control in a food industry or manufacturing context. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with safety standards.
