As part of our food truck operation, you will play a key role in preparing delicious meals, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless food service experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively culinary team dedicated to quality and community. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food handling, bussing tables, and proper waste disposal Ensure food safety protocols are followed consistently to meet health regulations and sanitation standards Manage time effectively during busy service periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring food storage areas Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism We're excited to welcome motivated team players who thrive in energetic settings!
