A leading food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest food safety and quality standards in the industry. What You'll Do Conduct quality checks and testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and GMP compliance throughout the plant. Document test results and maintain accurate data logs; report any non-conformities or safety concerns. Perform analytical tests such as pH, Brix, CO?, acidity, density, and microbiological sampling. Support food safety and quality programs aligned with ISO, FDA, and GFSI standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and safety programs. What You Bring High School diploma or GED required; degree in a science-related field preferred. 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, or 5+ years of production experience with demonstrated quality expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of lab safety, testing equipment, and handling of hazardous materials. Pay:
