Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages, including snacks, drinks, and quick-service items using proper food handling techniques Upsell products to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area, including food prep stations, counters, and equipment Assist with food safety compliance by following sanitation protocols and proper food storage procedures Support food industry best practices by ensuring quick service delivery, managing queues efficiently, and bussing tables or cleaning up as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent service standards Basic math skills for sales calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures in a retail or restaurant setting Experience in cashiering, serving, food prep, or working in fast food is a plus Join us to deliver fast-paced, friendly service that keeps guests coming back!
