EOE Gardener/ Horticulture Technician/Supervisor

• versatile position providing variety with every day being different.

Duties include:

• Planting, pruning, weeding, maintaining shrubs, trees, flowers, etc.
• Loading and unloading job materials and/or equipment from trucks and trailers
• Occasionally lifting (50-80 lbs), pulling, bending, kneeling, ability to carry out strenuous tasks, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform required tasks
• Reliably commute to shop on a daily M-F basis
• Strong work ethic and willing to learn new things and take direction
• Ability to accomplish delegated tasks within scheduled timelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Works well independently and with a team without conflict or losing focus
• Knowledge of irrigation is a plus.
• Work with safety in mind Compensation from $18
• 25 per hour, depending on experience and drive for success.
