We are a small, family-owned marijuana cultivation company based in Colorado, dedicated to providing high-quality propagations to cultivators. We take pride in sustainable growing practices and building strong relationships within the local cannabis community.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Clone Specialist with experience in cannabis propagation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing healthy, premium clones to growers, ensuring that each plant meets our high-quality standards. This is a commission-based role , offering an opportunity to directly impact the company's growth while earning strong performance-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality cannabis propagations to cultivators. Maintain clone health and ensure plants meet company standards. Educate clients on proper handling and care of clones. Track deliveries and manage client communications.
Requirements:
Experience with cannabis clones or plant propagation. Strong attention to plant health and quality. Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation:
