Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods with efficiency and attention to food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and sanitizing equipment Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing friendly and prompt customer service Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure products are presented attractively to maximize sales opportunities Support team members by performing basic kitchen tasks, food prep, and ensuring quick service during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Previous restaurant or quick service experience is highly desirable; culinary experience is a plus Join us as a Concession Worker and become an essential part of creating memorable moments for our guests!
