This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality ice cream products while adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards. This position is not suitable for high school students and offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food processing and production within a vibrant, innovative company. Please do not call the retail store. We are a separate entity. Duties Prepare and mix ingredients following standardized recipes to ensure consistent product quality Operate specialized equipment such as ice cream freezers, mixers, and packaging machines with mechanical knowledge Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Monitor the manufacturing process, adjusting machinery as needed to optimize efficiency and product quality Package finished products securely, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with food safety standards Conduct routine sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to uphold cleanliness standards Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredients, supplies, and finished goods using proper documentation procedures Experience Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing environments preferred, especially within the food industry Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations essential for maintaining compliance Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment effectively Familiarity with packaging processes and food production workflows beneficial Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols related to food industry standards and equipment operation Join us as an Ice Cream Maker and bring your enthusiasm for food craftsmanship into a role that values precision, safety, and innovation.
