Friday Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Food Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various duties within our food processing facility, including cutting fish, packing products, and other essential food production tasks. Candidates must be able to work early morning hours and be comfortable in a fast-paced, cold, and wet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, clean, and portion fish according to company standards Package and label food products for distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines Assist with receiving and storing raw materials Complete production and inventory logs as required Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production or seafood handling preferred, but not required Ability to work early morning and long shifts Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Able to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environments Good communication and teamwork skills Must follow hygiene and safety standards consistently
