Atlanta, GA As a Food Quality Field Coordinator, you will: Performs routine, checklist-based food quality inspections inside catering kitchens to ensure meals meet established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. Responsible for documents findings, submits reports, and supports day-to-day operational quality monitoring. This job exists to provide consistent frontline execution of defined food quality procedures across assigned locations Conduct routine food quality checks inside catering kitchens using established checklists and standards Verify meals match documented recipes, specifications, and presentation requirements, capture photos and record observations Document deviations in provided templates and submit structured reports to the Food Quality team Communicate basic quality issues to kitchen supervisors and follow direction on corrective steps Support monthly walkthroughs by gathering observations and assisting with simple follow-up actions as directed Ability to use basic tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting templates Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently within defined guidelines The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations Experience with basic food safety and quality checks - preferred Field or kitchen-based operational experience strongly - preferred High school diploma or equivalent Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $23- $25per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
