Job Description:
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours may vary based on event needs but are primarily daytime. Occasional weekend coverage may be required, though it is rare. Prepare and cook meals by following production records, including short-order and batch cooking, while maintaining quality, portion, and temperature standards. Complete food preparation by reviewing pull sheets, organizing ingredients, and ensuring readiness for daily service and high-volume production. Maintain food safety and sanitation by cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas, recording temperatures, and adhering to health and regulatory standards. Manage inventory through proper labeling, dating, rotation (FIFO), and storage practices to minimize waste and ensure food safety. Support team operations by collaborating with managers and coworkers to meet service goals, communicate operational needs, and deliver efficient meal service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Technical/Vocational School culinary degree [Preferred]
