Full Job Description Overview:

Are you a people person who enjoys spling and product demos? .We are hiring for a Product Sampling/Selling Events position. The ideal candidate will present & sample Boar's Head Brand delicatessen products to consumers in local retail stores throughout Savannah and the Lowcountry.

Job Description:

Essential Functions Build awareness of Boar's Head Brand premium delicatessen products by engaging consumers through product sampling. Actively promote Boar's Head Brand products by educating consumers on flavor, nutritional information, and complimentary products. Possess a positive, energetic, and serving attitude Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned Minimum Requirements Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Experience with food preparation/catering Keep work area neat and clean; exhibit good food safety and sanitation practices at all times Ability to operate a slicer ( will provide training ) Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to different retail locations within assigned area throughout Savannah, Bluffton, Beaufort and Hilton Head. Ability to transport and set up a folding table, utensils, platters, etc. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.; push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment Must have an internet-enabled cell phone The ability to work independently visiting various retail locations within 25 miles of your home. Activities vary each day and include auditing products, counting inventory, and selling events and sampling. If you learn quickly, have a positive attitude, and have great attention to detail, this job is for you.
