• 25/hour DOE Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturdays Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is hiring for A well-established company in the Moreland/Blackfoot area.

Seeking a skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong industrial maintenance experience who can work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates with agricultural, mechanical, welding, or heavy equipment backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Industrial maintenance experience Conveyor systems, augers, elevators, or agricultural equipment maintenance Welding certifications or fabrication experience Carpentry and general handyman skills Plumbing and facility maintenance experience Diesel mechanic, automotive mechanic, or heavy equipment repair experience Pump and motor maintenance knowledge Forklift, loader, tractor, or manlift operating experience

Position Details:

Schedule:

Typically, 7:00 AM

• 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed (usually shorter shifts) Independent work environment requiring strong work ethic and self-motivation Opportunity for full-time hire after completion of temp period
