What You Will Do Employee performs routine sanitation duties in a Food Service Area. Maintains equipment & supplies needed in service area; reports equipment failures to the designated supervisor. Set up & tear down as well as perform routine maintenance on dish machine. Assists in production, transporting, and serving of food, as necessary. Assists in arrangement of dining area/food service equipment.
