2:30 PM•11:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment and facility running. This role is responsible for fixing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production to reduce downtime. This is a working position — you will be on the floor, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment daily. Why join us? Stable, growing food manufacturing company Opportunity to step into a supervisor role over time Team-oriented environment with hands-on leadership Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and basic pneumatic issues Respond quickly to breakdowns and get production back up and running Assist with line start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns Do basic welding and fabrication for repairs or improvements Maintain the building (lights, plumbing, minor repairs, etc.) Operate a forklift when needed Follow safety rules and food safety (GMP) guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Complete basic maintenance logs and work orders Experience needed 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry a plus) Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Welding and fabrication experience preferred Preventative maintenance experience Forklift experience (or willing to get certified) Strong problem-solving skills — able to figure things out and fix them Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Food manufacturing experience Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards Basic PLC or controls experience Building maintenance experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 75 lbs Able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for most of the shift Comfortable working in a production environment (heat, cold, noise, etc.) Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed

Pay:

$25.00•$32.00 per hour
