Ag Equipment Technician Keep Agriculture Moving We're looking for a hands-on Ag Equipment Technician who knows what it takes to keep equipment running when it matters most. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and precision ag systems Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and field/service repairs Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and precision technology systems Work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service Accurately document repairs, parts needs, and service recommendations Stay current on evolving ag equipment technology and manufacturer updates What We're Looking For Farm background with strong mechanical aptitude or dealership/ag equipment service experience Experience working on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and ag machinery Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and think critically under pressure Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in during peak seasonal demands Excellent communication and customer service mindset CDL or willingness to obtain one is a plus Why This Opportunity Work with modern, advanced agricultural equipment Join a team that understands agriculture and values practical experience Competitive pay, strong benefits, and advancement opportunities Build a long-term career in an industry that keeps the world fed If you know your way around equipment, understand the pace of agriculture, and take pride in keeping machines in the field, we want to talk.
