Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Back of Can Squad Member, where you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our food service environment. Duties Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients and maintaining food stations in accordance with safety standards Operate POS systems such as Brink POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transaction Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in all back-of-house areas to meet health regulations Support front-of-house staff by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food storage areas Uphold food safety protocols by monitoring temperature controls, sanitation procedures, and proper food storage practices Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during busy service periods Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating clearly and assisting colleagues as needed Skills Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast-food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Join us as a Back of Can Squad Member and become an integral part of delivering exceptional food experiences!
