$31-35/hour (includes shift differential)
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (2nd shift)

Must-Have Skills:
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing troubleshooting skills Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and CMMS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility maintenance in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Assist with equipment setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and CMMS updates Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen, and food safety standards Respond to maintenance calls and prioritize urgent production needs Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all PPE/safety procedures Collaborate with production, supervision, and maintenance teams across shifts
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Experience in industrial maintenance required; food manufacturing experience preferred Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, welding, and fabrication Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S practices is a plus Must be available for overtime as needed Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
