Meal Preparation:

Preparing large quantities of food according to standardized recipes and nutritional guidelines.

Safe Food Service:

Serving students on the line while practicing strict portion control and managing food allergy restrictions.

Sanitation & Cleaning:

Washing dishes, scrubbing industrial equipment, and sanitizing prep areas to meet rigorous health department codes.

Food Safety Monitoring:

Regularly checking and logging food temperatures to ensure everything is stored and served at a safe level.

Cashiering & Records:

Operating the point-of-sale system to track student meal accounts and documenting daily food production for state reporting.

Pay:

$19.26 - $24.74 per hour
